In order to fully register, please follow the steps below.  Please remember that your son is not considered registered until the registration fee has been paid and the Declaration Form has been signed and returned to us:

1. Complete the Registration Form below.
2. The Yeshiva will be using the FACTS Payment service for all US students. The system requires each parent to pay a $45 registration fee per academic year and funds are drawn directly from your bank account.  Credit cards can be used for an additional fee. Canadian parents can pay tuition through Mizrachi.  Please contact Rav Kwalwasser for more information about this option.   
3. Please contact Rav Kwalwasser in order to confirm a tuition payment plan.
